Giving people voice in a natural way was the key theme that emerged from our interview with Bob Gower, Facilitator, Advisor and Principal at Bob Gower, Inc.
I first connected with Bob early in the life of Exploring Forward Thinking Workplaces after discovering his book, Agile Business: A Leader’s Guide to Harnessing Complexity.
Bob and his partner, Alexandra Jamieson, recently published a great new book called Getting to Hell Yes!
From the book, Bob and Alexandra said –
I love that and so agree.
Over the past few months, we’ve been searching and experimenting with new ways of delivering our content and in engaging with each other to accomplish exactly what Bob and Alexandra said above.
When we slow down and take the time to actively and openly engage with others as our real selves, things change — for the better.
In today’s world, email and social media have become saturated with noise — more and more people are turning it off.
We’re no longer going to be a part of that parade.
Giving You a Voice in How You Receive & Engage with Our Content & Each Other
We are now building out a community platform where you can choose to receive and engage with our content on your own terms. Rather than us pushing out content, you now can choose how and when you want to receive and/or engage with it and each other.
Our latest presentation, 13 Key Insights on Teams You Can’t Ignore: Giving People Voice the Natural Way, was just published in the Forward Thinking Workplace Community. You’ll need to request membership to access it.
As a member of Forward Thinking Workplaces 2.0 Community, we want you to get immediate benefits.
That’s why we’re aiming to offer five simple things:
- Experience exclusive content and conversations you can’t find anywhere else.
- Meet people who share your interests, who do the same things, or who care about the same topics.
- Make better, more well-informed decisions about the things that are most important to you.
- Swap stories, experiences, and ideas around our shared mission.
- Find a little inspiration, thought-provoking conversations, and expert perspective each and every day.
In summary, our ultimate aim here is help you connect with what’s underneath and with each other.
We’re here to help take you on an inner journey in which you will get in touch with what really matters to discover new sides to you and the world around you.
You’ll discover new thoughts, new questions, and new paths to be taken to create a better you and a better world.
If any of the above calls or touches you, I hope you’ll join us and be part of creating something that matters and can make a real difference in the world.
It’s free and it’s where we’ll be publishing our best content and building community while giving you control and much more!
To your great work life & success!
