There's a whole new world of better answers, better questions, insights & wisdom waiting for you to discover...

We are all facing and experiencing the need to get more done with less and less while taking on ever more challenging and complex work in the face of daily uncertainties and accelerating change. Meanwhile, in our organizations, we struggle to adapt and create the conditions that get people out of their comfort zone, so they are more innovative and engaged to thrive in this new world we find ourselves in.

To meet these challenges, everyone talks about the need to change. But what I have observed and experienced instead is that we repeat a familiar pattern. I call it jump, rinse and repeat! We're doing what everyone else is doing. It’s like going to the edge of a 50-foot cliff and jumping when all you’ve witnessed are others ahead of you jumping away. You don’t anticipate what the landing area looks like, or know what happened when they landed—and it's usually not very pretty!

So where does this leave us?

Evolving the status quo in the traditional ways no longer works. In today's world, we can no longer depend on what we already know, best practices, and the latest silver bullet solution. And interestingly, it’s no longer enough to even work harder, or smarter!

I believe it's becoming clearer and clearer that our traditional methods of organizing for work and responding to change are failing us in many ways. It's easy to understand why when you realize that our organizations were designed based on command and control and on a separation of people into groups type of thinking. But now our new technologies allow us to connect and communicate instantly. With this new capability, we now have the means to recognize the value that each one of us brings—regardless of our position or title in the organization. And with this new capability, so many more of us are realizing that we have a valuable perspective to share that's needed and are wanting to contribute.

In this new world we're living in, everyone's voice and contribution are needed but most of us don't know how to live and work in a world where we appreciate, value and hear every voice.

Now, imagine what it might be like if we learned to hold an open mind as we interacted with each other— ready to discover whatever is there for us to see? What would it be like if we could enhance our ability to see what else is emerging? What else would be possible if people felt free to talk about what they really think, feel and act on every day? What if we started a new conversation that helped us see and explore new possibilities rather than content focused conversations that lock us into your way or my way type of thinking?

We need to learn how to come together at work and interact in new ways.

If you think of a martial arts master, he doesn't know what he'll be facing, but he's trained himself to be present and confident that he'll be able to handle whatever comes his way. We need to be able to do the same. We need to learn how to recognize and neutralize our past programs that cause us to respond on autopilot that hold us to old ideas that no longer serve us. Past programs block our awareness of what's really going on around us and prevent us from hearing others. When we learn to live and work like this, we greatly increase our capability to be more effective in this changing world.

I’ve spent the last seventeen years learning how to turn off these old programs and started a new conversation that explores possibilities along with 100+ top business leaders. The result has been a surprising and expanding body of better answers, better questions, insights and wisdom. I’m applying this learning at CONTAINER13 and Exploring Forward-Thinking Workplaces™.

Now, I invite you to discover what happens when we remove our masks and realize who’s really leading our lives. You will begin to see more clearly the true nature of reality and be able to express your perspective more naturally. You also discover new way of interacting with others that reveal better answers, better questions, insights and wisdom.

In our engagements, we highlight three ways you can begin to create new and untried paths that will lead you and your organization to a better future:

  • Learn to become a more forward-thinking and conscious human being capable of living and contributing your full potential.
  • Leverage more than 650 insights that we've cultivated and co-created with top business leaders in an ongoing global exploration and conversation on new possibilities.
  • Discover how to create a space that generates a different conversation that shapes, not reacts to, your world.

We invite you to join us as a partner in what we are creating at Exploring Forward-Thinking Workplaces™.

It's a workplace that works for everyone—where every voice matters, everyone thrives and finds meaning, and change and innovation happen naturally.

If you'd like more information or would like to explore any of these options, we invite you to get in touch here to start a conversation.

To your great work life & success!
