You know you’re in a bigger conversation by the way it feels — at least that is how I experience it.
Foundational to the work we do is having bigger conversations. We do this largely through intention, the questions we ask, and creating the conditions for bigger conversations to occur.
When we do this effectively, it creates a space for a deeper inner voice and wisdom to emerge. Many who follow our work have noted this dimension in our work.
At the same time, there is a connection that emerges during the conversation that is sensed and felt.
When we have the opportunity to talk with people who have done the inner work and who practice this type of conversation in their own work, it creates a memorable experience.
There is communication beyond the words — whether it be from listening or even reading their words.
Such was the case when we interviewed Irene Ricotta, CEO at Vision Coaching, in our latest interview Be Open and Curious to the True Voice of People.
It’s possible for us to be open and curious to the true voice of people. That means we let people express themselves without judgment or criticism while being open to understanding their deeper inner voice. — Irene Ricotta
Please take a few minutes to learn from the wisdom that Irene shared with us.
Then I hope you will let us know what you experience.
To your great work life & success!
